See You TX (“See You TX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates seeyoutx.com, a website that promotes Texas businesses and offers See You TX merchandise for sale. Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you contact us, ask to have your business listed, or partner with us, we collect what you send, such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, address, website, social media links, and any photos or descriptions you provide for your listing.
- Order information. When you buy from our store, we collect the details needed to fulfill your order, such as your name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number, and what you purchased. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors. We do not store your full card number.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers may collect basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring site. We do this with cookies and similar technologies, and you can control cookies in your browser settings.
- Social media. We run See You TX pages on social platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. We use those platforms’ tools to publish posts to our own pages and to view engagement on our posts, like comments, reactions, and page insights. We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, including any legal, accounting, or tax requirements. Business listings stay up until you ask us to remove them.
Your choices and data deletion
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to remove your business listing. This includes any information related to your interactions with our Facebook or Instagram pages or apps.
To request deletion: email hello@seeyoutx.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” Include your name, the email address or business name connected to your information, and what you’d like deleted. We’ll confirm your request and complete it within 30 days, except for information we’re legally required to keep, such as order records for tax purposes.
You can also unsubscribe from any marketing email by using the unsubscribe link in that email.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children’s privacy
seeyoutx.com is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Third-party links
Our site and posts link to businesses and websites we don’t control. Their privacy practices are their own, so please review their policies.
